Updated token foundations

OKLCH colors, expanded token scales, and stricter theme validation.

Improvements

• Moved color tokens to OKLCH, with a secondary brand palette and static background roles.
• Expanded the width and height scales, and added a component border radius token for Calendar.
• Tightened theme validation: incomplete token sets, invalid letter-spacing values, and duplicate token names or CSS variables are now rejected.

Bug fixes

• Fixed the vortex CLI crashing when building themes.

Breaking changes

• Renamed color, border, and radius tokens. Custom themes must use the new names.
• Changed letter spacing to em values, and component radius tokens now reference semantic radius names.
• Removed border width token 45.

Review custom token overrides and regenerate theme CSS after upgrading.
