Package installation fix

Fixed the published Icons dependency so Vortex installs correctly outside the monorepo.

Bug fixes

• Fixed installation failures caused by the unresolved workspace:* specifier for @vortexlabs/vortex-icons published in 0.4.1. Upgrade to 0.4.2 or later if you hit this error. Component behavior and styles are unchanged.
