Movable breakpoint indicator

Move and collapse the breakpoint indicator, with smoother Select interactions and more reliable menu positioning.

New features

• Added pointer and keyboard dragging to BreakpointsIndicator. It remembers its corner and can collapse into an edge tab.
• Added a sliding hover highlight to Select menus.

Improvements

• Improved BreakpointsIndicator focus control and RTL-aware edge placement.
• Improved Select menu positioning within the viewport.
• Improved Command Menu typing performance by deferring filtering. Enter no longer selects stale results while a query is being ranked.

Bug fixes

• Fixed stale Select highlights on disabled or skipped rows.
• Fixed Checkbox icon color while unchecking.
• Fixed floating content closing when the window scrolls.
• Fixed floating content losing its full width when its height is also adjusted.
• Fixed the Switch knob squish playing more than once per toggle.
• Fixed menus overflowing the viewport when available space changes.

Breaking changes

• Removed the position and inset* props from BreakpointsIndicator. It now manages its own fixed corner position.
