Table and updated component surfaces

Build data tables with sorting and row selection, with updated surfaces, inside borders, and right-to-left layout fixes across components.

New features

• Added Table with sorting controls, row selection, pinned columns, scrolling, loading rows, and empty states.

Improvements

• Updated selected and subtler surfaces in Tabs, Slider, Calendar, and fill fields, and the hover surface in Breadcrumbs.
• Removed unchecked fills from Checkbox and Radio, and the selected item background from Select.
• Updated Calendar dates, Pagination, and Stepper to use the cell border radius.
• Kept component borders inside their bounds without affecting layout and scaled field edge padding with the input radius.

Bug fixes

• Fixed right-to-left mirroring, local direction overrides, and floating content reacting to direction changes.
• Fixed page bounds in CarouselGallery and CarouselRail.

Breaking changes

• Required @vortexlabs/vortex-themes@^0.6.0, up from ^0.5.0. See the Vortex Themes 0.6.0 migration before upgrading.
• Changed DropdownMenu.SubMenu defaults from contentGap={2.25} and contentShift={-1.25} to 2 and -1. Set the previous values explicitly if your layout depends on them. ContextMenu.SubMenu inherits these defaults.
