Override spinner styles with application CSS and Tailwind utilities through the Vortex cascade layer.

Improvements

  • Placed spinner styles in the vortex cascade layer so application styles and Tailwind utilities can override them.

Breaking changes

  • Changed spinner styles from unlayered CSS to the vortex layer. Normal unlayered application styles now take precedence regardless of specificity. Review resets and overrides, and declare vortex before application layers intended to override it; see CSS layer setup.
